I enrolled my 4 year old granddaughter in The Learning Village after trying home day care and two day care facilities. She has been attending The Learning Village for 2 years now and truley loves it. This is not a "Day Care" facility, it is a second home during the day. The Learning Village truely cares abut the children and has a "hands on director". Ms Marilyn is always there to give a hug or comfort a boo-boo. They have planned activities weekly, special occasion parties, field trips, waterplay on those hot days, campouts and so much more. This facility makes learning fun. As a grandmother, I am very protective of my granddaugher; I never have to worry about her and will be enrolling her in the kindergarten program this fall.
If you are looking for a facility to provide learning and caring on a daily basis, I encourage you to call and make an appointment; you and your child will both be happy you did!

My two sons attend the Learning Village in Vista. They quickly grew to love the caring staff, and have so many friends, they hate to leave at the end of the day. My older son is excelling in Kindergarten. The small class size allows for individual instruction, and still fun activities like sharing day, and game day. They also have good Old Fashioned kindergarten fun like Valentine's Day parties, Birthday celebrations, and performances throughout the year. The learn the regular academics, along with an introduction to French, Spanish and American Sign Language. He will will play the role of the BIg Bad Wolf, in this years production of Little Red Ridding Hood. Such a well rounded, and comprehensive education! Learning Village was the best decision I could have made for our entire family.

I love this preschool. My daughter attended it for about a year before Kindergarten. She loved her teacher, Mrs Tina. She is a very kind person who instills good values in the children. The director is Marylin, who is a very sweet person who is always open and willing to give advice. The facility is always clean, and never has that dirty diaper smell. The Learning Village puts on adorable little Hawaii skits once a year. Between their great preschool program, and my activities at home, my child had a big head start on kindergarten this year. I would definately recommend their preschool program to anyone.
