Every year our company sponsors a Thanksgiving luncheon. We have always bought our honey baked ham from the Honey Baked Ham store off of Genesee and Balboa. We have always received great compliments from our staff after our luncheons and my experiences with this company has always been great. I never thought it could get any better until a recent purchase I made for this year's company luncheon.
I went to Honey Baked Ham to place our company order. I had intended to purchase the ham at that store and the turkey at Von's across the street. As I described my objective to sales representative, Virginia, she gave me the option to purchase the turkey at her location as well. It was going to baked and pre-sliced, easy for a company luncheon to manage. I liked her idea and place my order.
As I was about to leave, I remembered to ask what time the store opened on the day I needed to pick up my order. She stated that her location opened at 10:30am. She must have read my mind when I felt concerned that 1 hour before our luncheon would be cutting it too close. She asked me what time I would prefer to pick my order up. I said 9am and she willingly, without hesitation, said she could accommodate my needs. On the day of my order pick-up, there she unlocked her store before business hours, happily greeted me, made additional suggestions to complete my objective, and rang my order up. I graciously thanked her for her great service.

Am I returning next year? You bet!
