the owner of this store a formely blond red haired
old fart. is a pain.

I went in to buy a battery charger for a gelled battery. The price was 30 to 40 $ more than elsewhers. I ended up buying a neck warmer.

I think he was offended by the fact I refused the charger.

Not going there again.

Stuck up service

These clowns refused to work on my cycle, after saying they would. I was informed that they cannot make their mechanic do things he doesn't want to. My employer should be so kind, I suppose, but it really sucks when you are a customer. I won't be buying ANYTHING from this outfit, and will tell my friends about my experience - for sure!

Great Repair Shop and Bike Store

I think this is a wonderful shop. The owner is very friendly and helpful and it's been a great experience dealing with them. Being a small store, the mechanic is very helpful and knows a lot about machines. I had to fix a problem with a clicking sound in the engine. I was suspecting tappets/plugs everything till the mechanic found out that my battery leads were loose. He tightened them and the sound disappeared. There are many coffee shops and eateries nearby and Bob (the owner) will call you when the work is done if you choose to hang around. I think these guys are great!
