I had trouble with my 2006 Honda Civic making grinding noises when I braked, and since I run it hard, I figured I wore them down too quickly and would need new brakes. I mentioned this to the advisor and he told me they would take a look. I was surprised when they called me that the exisitng brakes only needed to be adjusted. They could have told me I needed totally new brakes, and I would have believed them, but they saved me money and won a customer by being so honest.‎

I am extremely satisfied with the service from South Motors Honda. I have taken my car a few times there and service and courtesy are always great. They also resolve issues over the phone.

I recently purchased a 09 Honda Accord at South Motors and I highly recommend Going to South Motors rather than Braman. When I went to Braman the sales shark was nice, maybe new so not too knowledgable but nice. After picking out a car i was turned over to the finance person named "Wally" (or something like that) were I was treated so bad my blood boiled and I had to walk away. First, when we talked about payments they rigged my credit to score to be way below what I actually had (I got it pulled at infinity the day before so i know what i had). Of course they would do this so I can pay more. Next they wanted $299 for a lease with $4000k down (INSANE). When I told him "No that i could only afford $260 and 2500 down the man at brahman started with his attitude and basically told me i was crazy for asking that and i would not find that deal anywhere else. Then he went into a tangent as to how i am saving money on gas with honda as opposed to any other car for tht price ( has nothign to do with my payments) he was comparing if gas went up i was saving.. I told him if gas went up then not only am i paying for for gas, but i'de still have the same high car payment so what was his point. Basically, he was extremely rude and treated me like i was an idiot. Last time I checked, if I dont buy from him- he doesnt eat. So I got up and left and went to South Motors where I explained the horrible service I had there and explained what I was looking to pay and the money I wanted to put down. With one quick trip to the Manager, the excellent sales person said it was a deal!!! no hassle, no pressure, and no negotiating. They even paid for rental until the car comes in about a week!!! This was definitely a easy and fast transaction and I would definitely refer anyone to please go to South Motors.. Oh and the price of the veh was about $1500 lower at South Motors than at Braman same exact veh) You will save time, money and a headache :)

I was searching for the South Motors Honda phone number and decided to write a review about my previous experience. Last December, my new 2007 Honda Accord I purchased at South Motors in Miami was giving me problems with the AC sensor. The AC seemed to work, but it would then shut off the compressor and blow regular air. I took it to another Honda dealership in Miami to try to fix, but they just said "that the car does this to save gas". I live in South Florida, and thought that was a little ridiculous. I live in the Hollywood area, but decided to take the car back to South Motors where I purchased the Honda to see if they would be more interested in fixing it. I could not have been happier. Their service department was absolutely excellent, and not only that, knew exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and fixed it immediately. I SENT THEM A CHECK FOR A CASH PURCHASE,WHICH THE POST OFFICE VERIFIED WAS RECEIVED AND SIGNED FOR BY A SOUTH EMPLOYEE.THE SALES MANAGER SAID THEY DID NOT GET THE CHECK AND ACTIVATED A LOAN AGREEMENT I SIGNED BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A CHECK IN MY WALLET WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR.ANYWAY THEY(SOUTH)GOT THEIR FINDERS FEE FROM CHASE AND I GOT SHAFTED.GC LUDWIGSON KEY BISCAYNE
