I bought my Civic from PS Honda. The salesman was honest with me, even when it came to what would happen when I went to another dealer who offered a lower price. As usual, if it sounds too good to be true....it is. The other dealer gave me all kinds of excuses why they could not do what they promised with the price on the car and they tried to switch me to a lesser model car for the same price and they even tried to switch finance companies on me. I learned my lesson and thanked the salesman at PS for educating me and for being so honest with their prices. I love my Civic and I even have it serviced at the same location because they are honest and inexpensive.

Several things are wrong with this particular car dealership--having visited it on 3 separate occasions, I'm 99% sure that this wasn't a one-time occurence:
1.The place is very unkempt, dirty even.
2. You stand around until someone notices you, because they don't have a receptionist, and then, after someone noticed you, you stand there some more until some dealer is free. I mean really, who is doing who the favor?!
3. They advertise a deal with my employer for a discount, and its untrue! We ended up getting a better price at a different Honda dealership who didnt have the same 'deal'!
4. The dealer we dealt with promised us a certain car within a few months, as long as there was one in the area. Then we found out there WAS one in the area, but he couldn't get it-and the whole time we had to hunt HIM down to ask him what was going on, instead of him updating us.
Overall, I would definitely NOT recommend!

We knew we wanted a Honda and we got very lucky with this dealership. We had a wonderful salesman who wasn't all over us like white on rice. We knew what we wanted to pay after doing a lot of reserach on line. That is the price we offered the salesman and he accepted it. It was considerably lower than the sticker price. The service department is great as well. Of course try to go as early as possible when dropping off the car. But the dealership is conveniently located on Northern Blvd and it is right near a train station. so you drop off the car and go to work.
