I purchased a 2001 Honda Civic brand new. I ordered leather interior, a spoiler-the works. I had to take the car back to them after about 2 weeks so they could install the spoiler. When they did this, the radio and air conditioning were not working and they said they could not PROVE it was their fault. Anyhow, thankfully I purchased the extended warranty. I had teh car looked at in Barrington Motorwerks and they pinpointed the problem-an electrical connection was off. They fixed this and the air conditioning and the radio were then working perfectly again.

Also, I was hit from behind 2 years ago and I asked Steve there if honda had an auto body. He said no, to take it to Ron's Autobody in joliet. Well, I called Honda of Lisle and they said they have a certified Honda autobody shop in Lisle and that Steve has gotten in trouble in the past for telling customers to go to Ron's Autobody--his brother owns the shop.

Honda of Lisle did a perfect body and paint job from the accident and I would not trust my car at the Honda of Joliet. slopp slopy work with no accountability. Management could care less as well.

The Honda Service center is my cars favorite place to get fixed up at. Not only is it located in a convenient place for me, but the service is top notch. The people there are great and dont push me around because I am a women getting my car fixed. Their prices are good, because fixing cars is not the only thing they do. A + service in my book.

I purchased a used car from them in November. I really wasn't looking to get a newer car but they had a newer Volkswagon on their used car lot. It had all the options that I could ever want and it seemed a very fair price. It was a good experience, an easy and quick transaction. I don't say that very often about car dealerships. I will go back there if I need another car. I still go back there for service on this car.
