Customer Service a Horrible Experienceat the register
While I stood in line to pay for my meal my relative asked about drinks while looking at the his reciept and handing over his bank card the worker replys, "really?" again, he asked several times if there was a charge for water with the meals. With a smirk, she leans over to ask me if iam eating there too i say "yes i'am paying my own" at that point she looks dazed with a smirk. my family decides to leave and ask for his bank card back i step up,ask her to call the manager her response was "if your not eating here you need to leave!" iwas starled by her nasty behavior she grabs the phone and hangs up and looks at me again i ask if she call the manger and says you need to leave i proceeded to walk towards the kitchen and saw the manager approaching towards me. he seemed uninterested in my displeasure of their customer service by twiddling his thumbs and making irrelevant responses to my feedback.I left upset . Definitely NOT a family restaurant !
