At first we were not sure what to expect because we picked their name off a list we received from the hospital, but now were so happy we did.

The caregivers were more than competent to care for my mother, and the local office was really knowledgeable and helpful whenever anything changes in my mom's circumstances. The office arrived at my home for the initial visit within 2 hours of my call, and they brought all the necessary paperwork and explained everything in great detail before we began. There were no hidden charges or anything misled to me.

The rates were reasonable for the service they provided, especially since we didnt have to worry about my mom because we knew HI's caregivers were there.

We needed someone to take our elderly mom to a hospital appointment last week. The caregiver who came out was really friendly and knew what she was doing.
