Milpitas Home Depot Outstanding Service ‎
We have been relying upon the advice of homedepot professionals for our yard planting, outdoor tools, bathroom and kitench remodeling. Their employees are very helpful, friendly and dedicated to the outstanding customer services. My wife and I are particularly impressed with Nick who gave us great advices on our outdoor tool purchases and landscaping. He is knowledgable on home depot products including plants, yard trimming tools and more importantly, can explain very well the pros and cons of available options. We appreciate they recommend special order items and notify us when they are available. Definitely, we will be back again soon.‎

Hit or miss, go for the selection,...‎
Generally I've had good customer service experiences with this Home Depot, but I go because it's a warehouse with lots of selections. If you know what you want, this is the place to go. Over the last 1-2 years, they've made a huge effort to be more customer-friendly, offering DIY classes, push-buttons to call for service, but the culture still is that you go there if you pretty much already know what you're doing. The help is to provide additional help to experienced DIY-ers.‎

iF YOUR LOOKING FOR GARBAGE HOME DEPOT IS...‎
Home depot specializes in getting the lowest quality and cheapest products made for all industries. examples No top tool companies sell products there. :"snap on", "MAC" ect. for carpet cleaning they use Chem Dry which they own. All the carpet sold their is out dated technology. but if you need some bolts or duct tape its convenient just don't think you can get quality there.‎

Carpet Cleaning Terrible‎
The price was 30% higher, and they used a bonnet cleaner instead of a suction vacuum mounted to the truck. Basically a bonnet cleaner looks like a wood floor buffer, and is usually used on commercial carpets. They spread soap around, and then move the bonnet cleaner over the carpet. It basically just pushed dirt around. We had to hire another cleaner to come out today.‎
