Best HD. VERY ATTENTIVE‎
No idea what the negtive reviews are about. Have lived nearby this store for quite awhile. ALWAYS helpful and staff have even performed special wood cuts and fulfilled requests of a kinds. Loaded with staff so you don't wait or wander a round aimlessy. I am at this store often and have only experienced good service. Calling with mutiple questions to any store these days is not always a good idea. Peruse items online and then I call and see if they stock it is best. We are now a super complaining culture and that is sad.‎

SERVICE SUCKS!!!!...‎
Called to ask a simply question about having key made and was put on hold for 15 minutes x 3 calls and still never talked to anyone. Receptionist, Tacole (bad attitude) took great pride in keeping me on hold and not following up everytime the phone rang back to her extension.‎

Not helpful‎
I have had mixed reviews in the store (and we just got done redoing our kitchen so we were there often) but I just called with a question and their incompetence has been confirmed. You work at a home improvement store; learn a bit about basic home improvements OR try to pretend like you care enough to find someone that can help. Saying, "we don't have that," and walking away is not the most effective customer service...‎
