Home Depo Hamilton Ave Christmas Trees
I like this store. I do. I think you should go there. I get good service, and I buy my Christmas tree there after Thanksgiving each year. A nice Christmas tree lot, and the people are very nice who help there. I say five stars and thank you Home Depo Hamilton Avenue.

not a fan‎
Overall Home Depot has been a dissapointment compared to the customer service and experience I get at other competitors, but since this is specifically about the Hamilton store I'll speak to that. Horrible stocking, horrible customer service, horrible training. There is nothing specific, but more just a bad experience most times I went....see "went". Never again. I'm a fairly patient guy, because I worked in customer service...management level too. It all rests on management, and it's subpar at teh Hamilton Store. How do you consistently have poor restocking preocedures across all departments and products? How do you put someone on a register that has yet to be fully trained during the busiest time of the store. How do you have employees walk right past customers without asking if they need assistance or they walk in a manner that makes the customer yield to them...a bit rude. Clean it up over there....Lowes is open just down 17 and I'm certain more are coming‎

on hold‎
I have been on hold now for 21 minutes as I type this. I can't believe how inept this store is. Customer service? Knowledgeable staff? It's as if they've hired a bunch of high school dropouts who don't know how to think - or even how to transfer a call to a supervisor or manager. I think they're hoping I will hang up because they don't know how to search for a simple weber charcoal grill. UNBELIEVABLE. It's now been 23 minutes. I hate home depot. This is one of the major problems today: big warehouses with no service. 25 minutes and I'm going to hang up.‎

Just a girl reviewing a hardware store
I must say I like home depot. I have been to the one in campbell at least ten times for various items. I have purchased a ceiling fan, sod and dirt, shovel and supplies for the yard, paint and supplies for the house. Everything you need ...
