The worst Home Depot location I'...‎
I am a contractor and have to go to Home Depot a lot since they are open late, and have pretty good prices. The San Rafael store is the worst I've ever been to, certainly the worst in the North Bay. If you're one of the "Complainers", and you must go to H. Depot, try Rohnert Park. There is consistently a big difference between the two stores.‎

worst store‎
Home Depot stores are bad in general but this is the worst I've been in. Staff is not knowledgeable if you can find someone and the check out staff is uninterested. There is clearly a lack of management. Shop here only when necessary.‎

Customer service experience similar to a...‎
The San Rafael store is absolutely the worst Home Depot I have ever shopped at. Most of the floor help is less than knowledgeable or helpful. The checkout staff have an open disdain for customers. If you are able to catch a sales associates eye, you may feel like you have violated some unspoken code that customers are to never make eye contact. I will never shop here again. The trip to Lowes in Cotati is more than double the driving time for me but it is well worth the experience if you want to get an idea of a properly managed and staffed home improvement store.‎

Home Depot is terrible
Don't think of asking for help here, if you can find someone. They don't know where things are and they have no clue on how to do home projects. They recommended cement for a tiling project, the wrong grout, etc. There appears to be one ...

Worst Home Depot EVER!‎
I have been in my fair share of Home Depots in other towns, and I used to love going to Home Depot because of all the materials etc. However, since moving to Marin, I have learned to loath Home Depot. Customer service treats you like THEY are YOUR customer... if they acknowledge you at all. The cashiers are always busy chatting with each other, none of them knows anything about materials, let alone how to look something up if there is a missing serial number and I have been asked to "Get back ta where ya gots dat and brings me one wit a numba on it". SERIOUSLY? I cant imagine how much money they lose every day to customers choosing to pay more at other places! What a joke! I don't know where they get these employees but I vote they level the place and put in a Lowes!‎
