TERRIBLE‎
This USED to be a great store. It USED to be a great company. Not anymore. NOW, the kids working there have attitudes. You have to chase them down if you need them. They ignore you. They USED to be about customer service. I dont want them to kiss my A, I just want them to get me objects that I need, that I can see up in the racking, yet arent on the shelves. I want them to fill orders for me, and do it right, when I call it in on my commercial account. Home Depot used to have REAL experts. Alot of retirees from the trades, guys that worked construction, etc...NOW...kids right out of high school. They have ZERO expertise in the products they seel other than what Home Depot teaches them. When the shelf is empty of a product I need, I simply take it upon myself to grab a ladder and climb up into the racking to find what I need. SOMETIMES that gets the attention of the kids working there, other times, they simply ignore me while I throw boxes down into the aisle. ARE THEY GOING TO THROW ME ...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!‎
I called to ask for some wood flooring and after I got transfered to 5 different people (without mentioning the time they had me on hold) I realized the last guy I was talking to was PLUMBING DEPARTMENT!!! how STUPID is that???. So if you need anything from this JOKE DEPOT better get you ass to the store and get it yourself. Or even better go to another hardware store.‎

Bad Customer Service‎
I was transferred repeatedly from one department to another, all the women I spoke to on the phone were incredibly rude and short with me. They kept me waiting on the phone for much too long, and were not helpful at all to talk to. I'm sure you don't need to take etiquette classes to be hired at Home Depot - but shouldn't you at least be instructed by management to not bite the hand that feeds you? Although the majority of the managers at the store were just as rude and frustrating to even be near the times went into the store. Do yourself a huge favor and find yourself another Home Depot.‎
