I started with the introductory class, which is a wonderful way to get to know the basics of yoga. All of the classes I've attended since are fabulous as well. The instructors at Holy Cow seems to take yoga very seriously while still managing to keep the classes fun & light.

As a beginner to Yoga, I recently started classes at Holy Cow. They specialize in Hatha Yoga. The director/Owner Trace Sahaja is wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable and she adds great humor to the classes. I have recommended Holy Cow to all of my friends and I would reccomend this center to anyone who is interested in Yoga.
