Tim Grady sold the business, and is unfortunately not the owner/operator any longer. The new owners are unprofessional and do not seem to be professionally trained in grooming! Beware.

I am so happy I found Hollywoof! Had a bad experience with the last groomer I took my dog to, so really researched before I felt comfortable taking her to her next grooming session. The reviews for Hollywoof I found were all great, but most mentioned the owner Tim. I made my appt. for a Fri. 10am. When I arrived, I mentioned the reviews about Tim - turns out Tim sold the business (a moment of "oh no"). The assistant/washer came out & I told him I had a bad experience & that my dog did not like getting groomed. He went right over to her, picked her up & just held & pet her as we discussed the cut I wanted. The groomer (who did work with Tim & bought the business) arrived & I showed him a picture of her with the cut I liked & discussed everything. I picked her up 2 hours later & she looked so great & I felt like she was treated with respect & handled well. I definitely will return!

Tim and his staff are fabulous. I found him after having less than wonderful experiences at other grooming centers. Our dog, Anna, who will soon turn sixteen years old, looks great and I trust Tim and know that he treats her as he would if she were his own puppy. I told him that Anna is as much my child as my daughter and son are and he totally understands. Tim is truly a treasure and I am so happy that we found Hollywoof for our Anna.

I have taken my dogs to several groomers and always wonder? Why? because Hollywoof isthe best. Just because I can't get my act together to call and make an appointment, I shouldn't make them suffer. When ever they go to Hollywoof I feel like they are treated like someone really loves them. In fact, the first time they went I wondered if they would even want to come home.

I can only start by saying that I own a 7 years old, while beautiful and lovable, psychopath cocker spaniel. He is afraid of everyone and every thing. If you even look at him he pees. Long story short, very difficult dog. Either groomer refused to groom him or they required to be tranquilized. Well, before coming to hollywoof we lived in NY and i took Mikey to this one guy (the one guy that would take him) who terribly hated Mikey and would only groom him if he was tranquilized. Well, since going to Hollywoof i dont know how he does it but we tranquilzed mikey the first time and that was the last. Ever since then he gets groomed drug free and he is not that nervous. Thank you Hollywoof. I dont know what i would do without you.
