This store lacks everything. Employees are rude and not helpful. The store itself is very drab and dead. They have "promotions" where you rent movies and get something free 2 out 3 times I have paid for the "Free" item. The one time I didn't pay for it, was becuase I made sure to tell the employee it was free!! Otherwise they just don't care and charge you for it to make money or it's a scam to try to get you to rent a certain amount. Management is apparently lacking at this horrid store!!!! Go rent at Blockbuster or better yet borrow the movies from someone you know!!
