I got a great haircut, dont get me wrong, but I could have gotten just as good of a haircut at numerous other placed for a much better price. They charged me $70 (before tip) for a HAIRCUT! A simple trim should never cost that much, I was appalled. It's not even like it's a really nice salon. Aveda salons are cheaper than that ($40-$50) and they are much nicer. My stylist was very nice and if the price weren't so absurd, I would definitely go back to see her... but I know I can get the same haircut for $30-$40 cheaper!

Once I moved here, a friend suggested Sara at the Holiday Salon. The experience was great, I sat back with a glass of wine while getting my hair cut. She was able to give me suggestions and did a fabulous job. Being that the experience was so great I told one of my girlfriends who would drive to San Diego to get her hair cut because she has very full curly hair, needless to say Sara did a great job with her as well. Thanks Sara... you ROCK ;)

I have been going to Laurie (one of the owners) for more years than i want to remember...she is not only talented and professional, she is a true artist. People I don't even know are always asking me where i get my hair done. I would follow Laurie anywhere!

I've had my share of bad cuts and colors. Here at Holiday, when you see Shelby,that's not the case. I've have my hair so jacked up and uneven. When I go to see Shelby and tell her I just want it fixed and styled, she pretty much goes above and beyond. Every time she cuts my hair, regardless of if I told her how I wanted it or she made a suggestion, I left so much more than happy. I can say the same for coloring and I've come to realize that not very many people are good at both, cut and color. I can just say, " I want it a little lighter." and she brings the idea I had in my head to life, and then some. I know I can completely trust her with something so valued as my hair. Also, she's really flexible with appointments. When you see her you'll be able to say the exact same.
