I had reserved 4 days at this Holiday Inn. The staff was extremely rude. I would not recommend staying there.Extremely poor customer service. I would have left the first night but could not be refunded my money. I left there the next day. Very POOR ...

This hotel was great! We stayed and went to Busch Gardens and the desk folks were very helpful. The breakfast was great too! Holiday Inn Express gave me uninterrupted attention and made sure that we knew what was available. ...
