Although this is a great place to find unusual items or hobby/craft merchandise, the customer service needs improvement. The framing department is extremely slow, taking 3 weeks or longer to get a item completed. There always seems to be some problem with the registers which in turn backs up the lines of impatient customers. The sales associates seem irritated by their jobs which makes it not a very friendly place to visit.

Hobby Lobby - Crafts by kim w. at InsiderPages
Hobby Lobby must be one of my favorite places to shop and browse around as I love crafts. I think they have a good range of crafty items and always seem to be well stocked. One down side is the long lines at checkouts and the long return policy. It always seems to take extra long when returning a product). Their prices are pretty competitive too.
They also have a good variety of home decorative items, florals and seasonal products and the sales are great!

Great craft store by Rachel A. at InsiderPages
The store is clean, well laid out, lots of unique items, and friendly sales people. Big selection of craft items. They have a good sale every week. I really enjoy shopping there.

PROS: great selection.
CONS: Its a little pricy when not having a sale
