Tried looking on their website for what they have, everything you click on is "No items found".. Complete waste of time and I will actually seek out another store because of it.‎

Terrible customer service !!! Any part you order from this place takes forever ( 3 weeks – years). I am still waiting on parts I ordered last summer. They always tell you we will call you when it comes in but they never do. I have had to call about my parts every time I have placed an order. My helicopter was suppose to be fix and I called about it and they had thought they had put the phone on hold but I could hear them say “ Has that helicopter been worked on yet ?” a pause and then he said “ I am just going to just tell him I test flew it and it was fine” Then he got back on the phone and told me it was ready. I got there and it was not ready! Then I stupidly bought another heli there and it was defective right out of the box. So I tried to return it and they said “After you fly it we won't take it back.” So somehow if you do buy something from there, figure out if everything works without ever actually using it. If you figure out how to do that let me know. Anyway I have bought ...

A really well-run hobby shop with lots of RC airplanes (my particular interest) along with RC cars, trains, lots of plastic models. One of the few remaining RC-oriented hobby shops in the Kansas City area. I have found the folks there (Brian - owner, also Monty, Mike, Steve) all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. With all the on-line competition in this field, I am glad to still have an actual store to go to for airplanes, parts, and advice. Dave H. - KCFlyingCircuits Club‎
