Rachel is an excellant dance teacher. Her studio is beautiful and very comfortable. This is exactly what I what I was looking for in taking dance lessons. I have found a new home!!!

Great exercise, all ages/shapes welcome!
Rachel, Hipnotic's owner, is a down to earth, friendly and extremely qualified bellydance instructor. Not only can you sample beginner to advanced classes, you can learn to work with fabulous props like wings, fans, zills (finger cymbals) and more! She also has a fabulous shopping area and brews some delicious coffee if you need a caffeine kick! Wholeheartedly recommended!

APLOMB Class
Aplomb is a dance-based dynamic stability class that works on the premise of muscle opposition training and progressive muscle control. The class will cover the balance and dynamics of movement, positions of the body, carriage of the arms, transitional movements, rotary movements and movement in space. The goal of the class is to strengthen the muscles while giving the body a long, lean look with increased stability in motion.
