Doctor Heather is very kind by Connie A. at InsiderPages
She treated my cat during a urinary blockage emergency and everything went really good. My cat was hospitalized for one night, obviously this type of things cost a lot of money and it was very difficult to afford for me and I think they did they best working with me on that.
My only complain is the girls at the front desk, they really need to work on treating the frighten pet owners better, understand that when we come in there we have a lot in our minds; we're worry about the life of our beloved pets, about how much is gonna cost. Is really a very difficult moment for us.
They don't even give you a smile or anything and they're sometimes even mean, specially the long hair dark blonde and skinny girl (her head is also looks of big for her body), she's really mean!.

STAY AWAY! by Syd S. at InsiderPages
Please! Please say away from this place. My dog went to there for most of his life. Dr. Vandyes (or however you spell it) is a horrible man. They only are being nice to you for your money. Trust me, I have been there over 100s of times. They have KILLED my dog. Please if you care about your dog at all stay away. If you dont, you will regret so much, I know i did. Seeing my dog die was horrible. This horrible animal hospital, killed my dog. Please stay away. I would hate your dog or cat to go just as bad as mine.

Kind, Compassionate and Professional by james w. at InsiderPages
Currently the Doctors at Hillsboro Beach Animal Hospital are treating my Golden Retriever who is fifteen years old. They have recommended against surgery and chemo for her developing cancer. The kindness and professionalism they have shown us has been tremendously appreciated during this difficult time. The whole staff there is so awesome.

Also, they fixed my 7 month old F. Chuhuahua. Super Duper job on this little precious teacup. She's doing great.

We feel the doctors here have our best interests at heart at all times. --James Wood Lighthouse Point 954-695-6857

Sensitive and professional by Carolyn K. at InsiderPages
I have had quite a few minor emergencies with my cat in the 10+ years she has been a member of this family. The last two emergencies were handled by the wonderful veterinarians at Hillsboro Beach Animal Hospital. The office is clean and the doctors are kind. The last big one with my cat was an impacted anal duct. Just as gross as it sounds, the vet had to lance and drain it. Rather than take my frightened cat back into the OR and do the procedure, she brought me back as well and allowed me to hold and comfort my cat throughout the upsetting and humiliating (for my cat) procedure. She spoke in soft tones to my cat and encouraged me to snuggle and cuddle her throughout the procedure making her feel less threatened. I loved how she (the vet) really thought about my cat's feelings and I know my cat appreciated it as well.

PROS: Sensitive doctors - caring and kind
CONS: none
