Nightmare experience with medication availability with insurance. Big SNAFU, their mistake, would not take ownership of the problem. Do NOT use this pharmacy

Can't say one bad thing about this place. Started coming here last year and I have not had one issue with them. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding, and they are professionals! They know what they are doing, unlike RiteAid or other pharmacies. Unlike the bad reviews below, which seem to be posted on the same day/week by the same person, I've never had my medications messed up, and the staff seems to understand that in business, ''the customer is always right!!''‎

I have had Hillcrest as my pharmacy for many years and they have always been great. Their people seem really knowledgable. And they have worked with me and my doctors to get my meds at the lowest cost to me. They also give back to the community by hosting local events and giving to fundraisers. Thanks.‎
