I've rented from them a few times and never had any problems. I had to cancel an order the day of an event once and they were very understanding . I also had to call in a rental the day before an event and they were accomodating. Very helpful suggestions and examples in-store for amateur party throwers!

From the time we booked our event with them there has been nothing but rude behavior. As the customer, I would like at least a little respect and I got none of that. They had lack of flexibility (last minute changes due to a death), lack of answer to pick-up times, lack of organization. I will never rent from them again.

This place has the WORST customer service. They may be cheap, but they are rude, rude, rude. We had a death in the family and they were not accomodating. In fact, they made US feel bad about it. And nothing but confusion, rudeness, and lack of flexibility and respect. I will never rent from them again.
