Dr. Lindley miss diagnosed my 5 year old Husky, insisted a small rash was due to ticks, My dogs are taken a bath twice a week so we thought that was odd. she gave him advantage repellent after shaving the infected spot. 2 days later the rash spread & appeared different then the original spot we return to Highland Hospital & she said that we must have ticks in our house somewhere. shaved another spot without telling us she was going to do that. At this point she insisted on a biopsy to make sure nothing else was causing the rash.for $800-$1300 after already paying $501 for 2 visits. at this point we wanted a second opinion so we went to different hospital in glendale,Los Feliz area.. DR. said our dog was miss diagnosed & that the original spot was a HOTSPOT due to moisture & that the Advantage repellent caused a allergic reaction to the rest of my dogs skin. The original spot could have been treated with a simple $9 spray & to never use Advantage again, He also said he did not know how a DR. can make such a simple mistake? cost of visit to new DR. $50.. I will never let Dr. Lindley treat any of my dogs ever again.$501 dollars to miss diagnose my Husky. i had been going to HPAP for more than 10 years but never again. What happen to DR G.? he should be there more.
