Totally Incompetent Staff No Concern For New Patients
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We were told by Guil Rand that our pet's records were transferred to Dr. Sink's when Guil Rand shut down. So my husband goes down to "simply" get our dog's heartworm and flea meds, ONLY to be told that they do not have our dog's records, and that "some vet" in Greensboro purchased our dog's records, and we don't even know where our two cats' records are, who recently had surgeries and could use follow ups. DO NOT PATRONIZE Dr. Sink. Any vet who is THIS LAME and has STAFFERS that are SO MORONIC that they do not respect new patients coming in, you can imagine how poorly your pets will be treated. The staffer at Dr. Sink's wouldn't even give my husband the name of the vet who supposedly bought our pet's records. They SOLD out pet's records without our permission, or knowledge? Wouldn't this be illegal? BEWARE pet owners!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
