I found Hi-Tech Appliance Repair by doing an internet search. I had been totally disenchanted by Sears no-show home repair service, and was desparate for someone to come & fix my oven. Hi-Tech got glowing reviews on Citysearch & Yahoo, so I took a shot. Boy was I glad I did! This is Hi-Tech business. I called on Monday afternoon, and was able to make an appointment for Tuesday morning. Sears could only nail down a window of "between 8 am - 5 pm"; Edward the dispatcher said he'd send a technician be there between 9 am - 11 am. Sears never showed up. Stan the technician did, and on time. He was quick to diagnose the problem. He showed me the part that was defective, which was the electric ingniter thingie (sorry for the technical term), and where it was defective. He installed a new part, leaving the old one with me for old time's sake, cleaned up after himself, tested the oven to make sure it worked, and charged me less than $200 -- half of that charge was the ...

I used Hi-Tech appliance for my sub-zero refirigerator. It just stoped working on me one day. I called Hi-tech and spoke with a dispatcher name Stan. He was extremely friendly and very helpful and patient over the phone. The technician came the same day and fixed my fridge. I used a coupon from their website that gave me 10% off on any service.
