Herself Yoga is awesome. There is no other yoga class like it, especially postpartum yoga. I look forward to taking my babies to yoga class with me. Some days I get a lot of yoga in and other days I get less yoga in but great bonding time with my children. The babies love imitating yoga moves during the class, and it's a great place for the babies to socialize with other babies. I've met great friends through these yoga classes. I love the prenatal yoga classes! It is a great place to meet other expecting mom's, learn positive positions for labor and delivery and nuture yourself. I have never taken any yoga classes before and felt very comfortable here. The instructor, Julie, is great! She is so friendly and welcomes everyone. I am looking forward to continuing on postpartum!
