I have family who live at this complex...and it is not a section 8 complex. Anyone can live there, and if they have a voucher....lucky them! The apartments are nice, the staff is nice, and a police officer lives there and is the security officer there. It is very safe, one of the safer places to live in Maysville. My aunt misses the old manager, Ellie, but she also loves Stephanie, and of course, Jimmy is great at maintenance. If you see negative comments about Heritage Square on here, they will probably be from people who were made to move. And YES, they do expect the tenants to keep a clean apartment. So, Rosie, if you are a nasty housekeeper, then you're probably better off not living at Heritage Square.

This is a section 8 complex. They do allow others to rent here but they treat you badly. The new landlord is real picky. If you have a dish in the sink (I'm just talking about one dish) she'll write you up in a heartbeat. I would not recommend living here. There's druggies a couple buildings down from my apartment.
