BUYER BEWARE!‎

After a couple of satisfactory visits to the Canal St. store, I went and purchased a small glass piece. I inspected it in the store for defects, and all seemed fine. I went home and attempted to use my new pipe, and realized after a few minutes of trying to pull from it, that the mouthpiece was completely sealed except for a tiny pinprick hole. Obviously defective. When I called to inquire about exchanging for a piece that actually worked, I was told they wouldn't even look at it in the store let alone make it right. So BUYER BEWARE; fully inspect your products before you leave the store. Do not expect that this retailer will offer anything even remotely resembling customer service if they sell you a useless product. Stick to Mary Janes in the quarter; I will from now on.‎
