I purchased a piccolo and service plan for my daughter for X-mas 2007. Right after she she started to play it the pads started to fall out. I returned to town from vacation and I brought the instrument back for repair. After about 2 weeks I went to check on it and was given a story that it takes time to repair these instruments and they would call me. I waited another week and went back at which time I found out it never left the store. The owner was suppose to look at it. Another week went by and I called and they said they called me ( not a message at my house or her mothers), that it had been there waiting for me to pick up. I went to pick it up and found it to be a mess. It took over a month and all they did was replace one pad and it does not match the other pads.It is not the same color It looks like crap.It was oily looking and has not even been wiped off from handling. . I am paying aprox $700 for this instrument. I would think I would get better service . When I arrived to pick it up. I was met with, before I said a word, the time they said they left a message and then an excuse why maybe it did not go through. NOT they are sorry for the mix up or delay.I personally and very dissatisfied with this store and will not shop there again. I am seriously thinking about file a suit for my money back. I paid for a service plan just for this reason and all I received was an attitude, lies and excuses. I do not recommend this store to anyone

This is a great music store and one of only a few in the area. I used to go here when I played the clarinet in school to buy music and have my instrument repaired. Good quality work at affordable prices. Highly recommended.
