Electrician "Mike" was here today to fix a few electrical issues and also review some additional work to be done. Mike had great customer service skills and was extremely helpful in answering questions. Some of the work we are looking to have completed was above his expertise so instead of taking a crack at it he did the right thing and referred the work to his boss which in return is sending a project manager to review the upgrades.
