Excellent Customer Service
I brought my used 2002 Escalade into Hendrick for a stability system warning light. I was quoted $1200 to fix the problem. It took over a week to find the real problem. During this time they gave us a Hummer H3 loaner vehicle at no charge. The mechanic spent 30 hours diagnosing the problem including having to call GM engineers.

Even after they replaced 3 very expensive parts and spent 5 times the amount of labor quoted, they honored the original quote. I highly recommend them for service, and if I were in the market for a new car I would not hesitate purchasing from this company.
