Acura TL problems by Mike G. at InsiderPages
We've had 2 issues with Hendrick Acura on our new TL. The 1st is that they sold us the interior ScotchGuard (not their term, but similar process), then later found it had been done 6 months prior. So we ended up buying something that was already part of the car. Had we declined the service, we would have had it anyway. The 2nd issue is that we have harmonic vibration that shakes the car like its out of alignment. They've decided to buy back the vehicle, but are dragging their feet now. So I'm left to wonder are they waiting for the next model year to come so that they give us less money for it. My recommendation is go somewhere else to buy an Acura.
PROS: Service team is excellent every time we went in for service (8 times or so)
CONS: Sales staff misleads you. A friend who bought a TL feels the same way.
