I have been bringing my Acura 2002 TL in for years to the service department and they have always been very informative and nice.

Two months ago, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL from Hendrick Acura. These guys were top notch and treated me like family. The atmosphere was amazing and courteous and the business was very clean. They were very helpful with my new purchase. Since purchase, I went back for an oil change. Bill Nance was extremely friendly and made it a very simple service.

I couldn't be happier. I will continue to buy my new and used cars from Hendrick Acura.

We've had 2 issues with Hendrick Acura on our new TL. The 1st is that they sold us the interior ScotchGuard (not their term, but similar process), then later found it had been done 6 months prior. So we ended up buying something that was already part of the car. Had we declined the service, we would have had it anyway. The 2nd issue is that we have harmonic vibration that shakes the car like its out of alignment. They've decided to buy back the vehicle, but are dragging their feet now. So I'm left to wonder are they waiting for the next model year to come so that they give us less money for it. My recommendation is go somewhere else to buy an Acura.

PROS: Service team is excellent every time we went in for service (8 times or so)
CONS: Sales staff misleads you. A friend who bought a TL feels the same way.

I bought a new car from Hendrick in January 2006. The car is great, but I have had minor problems with it. The repair service at Acura is top-notch! Their waiting room is comfortable, with drinks, snacks, and plasma TVs. They will give you a loaner for any service requiring more than 2 hours. The quality of work is also great. Highly recommended!
