POOR SERVICE - RUDE SALES PEOPLE & MANAGER
I referred my parents to go there after comparing prices throughout Houston and HELFMAN DODGE did have competitve price. I spoke with Jorge Acosta (salesperson) letting him know what all features we were looking for. At the beginning, it was Hi.. how are you doing... and once the deal was done, it's like if they really don't care who you are. There were several problems / incidents that happened after the sale. It took weeeeeeeeks for service to be done on the car. One promise Jorge made, was giving me a referral bonus. It took one month of given the go-around and finally I had to speak with his manager (Keith) who was very rude, to check status on referral, and this was his response, ""WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY REFERRAL BECAUSE WE LOST ALOT OF MONEY ON THE SALE OF PRICE OF CAR GIVEN TO YOUR PARENTS. AS IT IS, WE LOST $500 FOR PUTTING THE SELF REMOTE STARTER".. Is it my fault that Helfman Dodge lost $$ on the sale of car...Noooo... why wasn't I told something in the beginning and instead of having to wait a month to hear this. Also, I told him that if I knew my family and I were going to be treated this way after the sale, we could have gone to CLEARLAKE DODGE where we originally had gone.... and KEITH said" WELL I WISHED YOU WOULD HAVE BECAUSE WE DIDN'T MAKE ANYTHING ON THE SALE OF PRICE OF CAR" My jaw dropped after hearing a MANAGER tell this to you. and to finalize the call ... I told him that it will be the last time I ever refer someone to HELFMAN DODGE and his response " THAT'S FINE WITH ME.. NO PROBLEM!"
