I love the Education Department at the Helen Woodward Animal Center.

My twin boys started taking classes at the Helen Woodward Animal Center when they were about two and a half. They really got a lot out of the classes. They were so excited to be able to touch animals and learn about them and how to care for them.

The Education Department at the Helen Woodward Animal Center also does birthday parties on site or in your own home. We had them come out for the boys fourth birthday party with four animals including a snake, a rabbit, a guinea pig and birds.

I totally recommend the education department!

Our family was lucky enough to go on a 7 week holiday last summer. The only problem was our little bunny, we needed to find a temporary home for her. We found Helen Woodward online and then heard from relatives about all the good work they do with animals. The area she was housed in was clean and the staff were helpful and courteous and even made sure that she had plenty of play time and her treats were fed to her too. She seemed very happy there and the staff gladly gave me phone up to dates when I called. This place is very affordable and both times we have used them in the past year I have been happy. She will be going there again this summer.‎
