Heiner's offers another beer tour in the New Orleans area. Theirs is different from the one Abita offers in that they are a German company and have a museum of related beer artifacts. It's a decent tour and the museum is interesting. The only problem we had was waiting for a spot to open up so I would reccommend calling ahead or going early in the day. All in all, not a bad tour.

Finally got to visit the brewery and sampled some of the other fine beers Henryk brews. Very nice brewery and a most enjoyable visit. I highly recommend Heiner Brau beers! Some great old brewing equipment on display ...
