I met Hector when he was doing a job at my neighbors house. I asked him if he would mind do maintenance on my property. I figured it would help him out and I was looking for someone anyways. He quoted me a price and told me he would come the following Tuesday. Needless to say he didn't show up and he didn't answer his phone. The following Tuesday I called and he answered the phone but asked if he could call me back because he was watching his kids. He called me back the next day and we setup another appointment for the following Tuesday, but he said he would have to requote me.
