not very organized, poor bedside manner

The doctor I saw during my first visit only spent about 10 minutes in the room with me and didn't seem at all concerned with my health. Nothing was really explained to me. Answers to my questions were short and not very sweet. I was sent home with a prescription and a phamplet. The office itself wasn't at all busy so i'm not sure what the hurry was. I would have preferred a little more bedside manner. Also, I called to confirm the next appointment and I was given a different appointment than the one on the card. If they can't even get their appointment times correct that worries me. I'm trying to find a different endo.

I really liked Dr. Langton. She ordered all the tests I needed and gave my a diagnosis that made sense, after years of being told I was not sick, I just thought I was. Dr. langton's staff is friendly and professional. Price is about comparable to other Endo's.

Dr.Joanne Langton is young,but don't be fooled by that.She is insightful and she won't stop until she has answers.She is thorough and sweet and completely absent of arrogance.The professionals around her respect her and seem to genuinely like her.She's dependable and the one time I had to wait past my appointment,she actually apologized to me.I feel better since acquiring her services,because she quickly diagnosed my problem and instituted effective treatment.I highly recommend this fine specialist.She is an asset to our town.
