This is just a horrible experiance! The place was not that crowded and yet, I had to stand in the front with a really dumb hostess who wouldn't even look up until 5 minutes later. Soon the manger ran up and ask to seat us. I already lost my appetite from that point on. The cook was even worse. As we sat in, we waited for additional 25 minutes before we can place orders. When I asked to order, the server said, "We're waiting on more people to share this table".

I walked in with a group of co workers and trying something new. The host didn't even looked up. We stand around for about 3-5 minutes. After comming back from the wash rooms, the group was still standing there. Finally the manager came out and asked the host if there was a problem? They were looking for seating areas. After walking into the dining area, there was plenty of tables. They wanted to have us share the cooking table. All 6 of us didn't fit... we end up moving to our own table. If the host was to ask, she would of known.

As a former employee and frequent patron of Benihana, I know my Japanese food and culture. Benihana is a bit far and my brother in law recommended HB, so we decided to try this place. There is always a crowd, and for good reason! The chefs are better, put on a decent show, the fried rice is PERFECT, the food is perfect. There is always cold Asahi beer. The other good thing is the prices. I recommend going for lunch because you can get a meal deal with your drink included for about 12 bucks for two meats, fried rice, salad, soup. At dinner time the chefs get a little sluggish and don't even put on a show at all. The waitresses are also sluggish and sometimes rude depending on who you get. But keep in mind alot of the employees at these Japanese restaurants work the entire day, at least I did on weekends. I go here frequently and recommend it over Benihana any day!

We used to go here at least once a month until the third child came along last year. She's 14 months and is not interested in sitting around in restaurans so now we have to go to restaurants that are a little faster. We love this place! Our kids love it too. They love the cooks. They like watching the cooks do their magic in front of you! The food is great too. Our kids always get ice cream at the end of their meals.

Called ahead and asked if tables were wheelchair accessable. I was told "no problem. we got to the restaurant and found that if one is in a wheelchair that you cannot get your feet under the table. Left without eating.
