My fiance and I went to Hayes as a recommendation from a friend. Their service was outstanding (thanks Kathy), the quality of the jewelry was impressive, and I was so pleasantly surprised with their fantastic prices. We picked our wedding bands and a new setting for my engagement ring within one hour. Our total price was $1500 cheaper than two other big jewelry stores that I have visited. I usually hate buying jewelry, but this experience has changed my perspective. Our sales person, Kathy, spent the time to find my specifications and I never felt pressured to buy. My fiance and I will now only use Hayes as our jewelers in the future- especially for all those nice anniversary gifts:)
