Laura at Hayden Olivia was amazing! Her sweet spirit just guides you right through one of the biggest decisions with your wedding. I have to say this was the easiest experience and a true delight. The ambiance of the bridal suite is unlike anything else you will find in Charlotte. Heather and Laura both make it their mission to have you 100% happy with your gown. I was so excited that they carried Kenneth Poole as I had my heart set on his style. The alterations expert was another dream to deal with and made it fit me like a glove :) I would highly recommend purchasing your dress here vs. other bridal shops in Charlotte because the experience truly is that amazing!!‎

I had the best experience at Hayden Olivia by far. Heather, the owner, was so helpful and honest. She guided me through the different designers and was honest about what looked good on my figure. The studio is breathtaking and you will feel like a princess when trying the dresses on. She is also open to you coming back with friends or family to look at your dress once you've picked it out.‎

When Priscilla of Boston's Manhattan salon screwed up my custom Platinum gown and wanted crazy money to fix their own mistakes, Heather and her girls graciously jumped in and made everything right - alterations, hand made french bustle and accessories - everything from my ceremony shoes to my reception headpiece and all at Charlotte (not crazy Manhattan) prices! Heather put the fun back in dress shopping for me and my fitting appointments were some of my favorite wedding memories with my mom.

Very chic uptown shop with convenient lunch time appointments for brides who work in the city (like me). Hayden Olivia took care of steaming and storing my dress for me and they do not forget you when your wedding is over - she gave me a wonderful MOH (Maid of Honor) wedding day kit and even had cleaning and gown preservation suggestions. Do NOT buy a wedding dress until you have visited Hayden Olivia!

would not recommend this bridal salon to anyone! I found out about this bridal salon on the internet, and it had great reviews. During my appointment, Heather (the owner) did not pay close attention to my needs. It was my first time in her salon, and she had another client there as well. She was attempting to help two people at one time, and didn't have any other support staff. She also has dresses that are overpriced. She quoted a Vineyard Priscilla of Boston dress $500+ higher than the actual Priscilla of Boston store in Boston! After my appointment, I called the store in Boston (with the same style name/number), and they confirmed their price. Overall, I will go somewhere else that has exceptional personal customer service, and decently priced wedding gowns! I want to work with someone who has a better attitude. If you are a Charlotte bride, go to J. Majors! :-)
