I have had this Sunroom for about six years now. Ray had never returned my call to try and get him to fix the leaks in the beginning so I just gave up. Every year it just leaks and leaks. The thing cost 30K to build. It is worthless. I finally am tearing it down this weekend. I am not doing it the right way. Spent the last five months getting drawings approved by the city to have a real room built, but at least I am getting rid of this. This was the worst investment I have ever made in my life. Their phone seems to be disconnected about now. Well I can certainly understand why. They are probably out of business.
