I have been going to this shop for about 5 years and have always found them knowledgeable and polite. I even just found out recently, when I failed a state inspection, that they sell tires and fix check engine lights. Great shop.

I quit going here because of reciving and witnessing several hard upsells. Recently, I was sent there for an issue that was being paid for by another shop. It was to simply repair a broken wheel stud. After being turned away twice because they were busy or expecting work, I finally got the repair done. However, they put the wrong size lug (21mm instead of 19mm) on my car. Further, they broke the lug cover off my wheel cover to get their lug to fit. When I pointed out that this prevents me from changing my own tire if I have a flat, they told me the parts are after market and I shouldn't expect them to fit. Further I'd have to bring it up with the original shop and that it wasn't their problem. After telling them that was f*g stupid, they sent out the muscle (aka manager) to tell me they put on what the NAPPA book said (I've since confirmed they were full of it) and I had to go back to the original shop to see if they would cover the added expense (of putting on the ...
