We were shopping in Louisville a few days ago and checked out Haverty's for an entertainment center. Not every sales rep is always interested in working with a client when it's close to closing time, but Ed Hudgins welcomed and assisted us in a patient and professional yet friendly manner. His expertise was exceptional as he guided us through the pros and cons of several pieces of furniture. Never did we feel rushed or pressured.
