I had bought a bedroom set and when delivered they had the wrong pieces of furniture. Then the furniture started falling apart bad with in months. Well then I bought a 3000.00 couch and chair. With in 6 months the reclining chair broke and it was over a month before the problem was resolved. They could not figure out how to order the part to fix it and so I wanted a new chair. They finally brought the new chair and it is 6 months old now and the cushion looks bad on it. Well the couch has been broke for almost 2 months and the warranty company called guardsman is an absolute joke,. They will not call you they will not fix your furniture they try to find a way out of fixing it. Since I have been trying to work with them , two technicians quit working for them so I guess because they are so bad I will not get my couch fixed. I just would really be careful when buying from Haverty's. My sales person was super nice and she is not to blame but everyone else just really doesn't seem to care.
