Hats Plus is a very good store. They have good prices and a good selection of hats. They also have a nice variety of shirts and beautiful ties. The quality is good and the prices are right. They have a knowledgeable staff and are very helpful. As with every store on Coney Island ave though, parking can be a big problem.
