Harry's cafe is the best local restaurant to eat at for lunch! All the state workers who work downtown go there to eat and it gets really crowded during lunch time. Harry is the best and he forms personal relationships and remembers all his customers. It is a small place with arrforable prices and it is a restaurant where you are bound to recognize or know someone!

Hands down, one of the top places to eat in Sacramento!
And not just Chinese Food. You will most likely be able to say hello to the famous Harry of Harry's Cafe. And that itself is worth the price of the food!

Harry's cafe is a laid-back, family-owned restaurant. Harry and his wife are friendly with the customers and you can see them in back making the food. The food is simple, but good. There are a wide variety of dishes (including American, Chinese, and Vietnamese options)- my favorite dish is the low-carb vegetable spring rolls that come with a rich peanuty sauce. Overall, a pretty good place to eat and my only complaint would be that it can get kind of cramped when there are more than a few people in the restaurant.
