Old-fashioned customer service
I only needed a ring sized, but it's a cherished heirloom. Harold Stevens treated me like a customer who just bought the ring from them, with professionalism, great service and reasonable pricing. They followed up with me afterward to make sure I was satisfied (who else does that these days?) They gained my trust and loyalty and although I don't go downtown much these days, they are worth my time and effort to go back.

I don't buy a lot of jewelery but I had to have a ring sized and I was really impressed with the service.
It's a little out of the way if you live at the beach but parking was easy.
