They gave me a $1000 more than any other car dealership in the area for my trade in, so I purchased my GMC Sierra here. However once they made the sale the customer service wasn't very good. It's not like I don't expect this, it's like this at every dealership. When I picked up the truck all they did was wash the outside of the truck. The windows, dash and seats had not been cleaned (the seat actually had dirt on it). They never called me to tell my my tags came in and I could pick them up. The thing that really bothered me was that they offered me a full tank of gas if I gave them all good marks on their GM review. I didn't receive the review from GM for about 3 weeks. I would say every 3 days they called me to to ask why i didn't fill it out, which was annoying. Then when I filled it out and went to get my tank of gas they only put $35 worth of gas in my tank which was only 5/8 of a tank. The salesman said he would have to go back to the dealership to get "permission" to buy more gas. Waiting any longer would have made me late so I took off but I should have gone back and talked to the manager about it. Any dealer should know $35 doesn't fill a Sierra. Bottom line it's a car dealership and nothing they didn't surprised me. I doubt they will be around much longer with GM cutting back their less known brands. Overall it's no better than any other dealership. Go their if they give you a good deal but don't expect anything else after you sign.
